The tensions in the Jackson family continue to escalate with more reports of fighting and Michael's children now having to take matters into their own hands. TMZ and ABC's 'Good Morning America obtained footage of Jermaine and Janet Jackson outside of Katherine Jackson's home in Calabasas arguing after the Sheriff's department arrived to respond to an alleged battery. Security camera footage from the driveway shows Janet and other brother Randy filming them and trying to take the children from the home.
At least one of the siblings has come to their senses. Tito no longer wants to be a part of the letter he signed with Janet, Jermaine, Randy and Rebbie to have them appointed as executors to Michael's will.
"I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother's Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them. I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever," he said in a statement released by a rep for the estate.
Tito's 34-year old son T.J. has been keeping contact with Paris over twitter saying,
"I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."
T.J. is said to be like a parent to them, and is seeking temporary guardianship of Paris and her brothers, a source tells E! News.
Katherine's "disappearance" to Arizona has apparently been a part of a plan to remove Katherine and the children from their home, with Janet being the mastermind for the spa visit because she was worried about her mother's health.
"Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren," Katherine's attorney Sandra Ribera said.
Randy told Rev. Al Sharpton on his MSNBC show 'PoliticsNation' that he and his siblings simply went to the home to set the record straight with the kids.
"We did go to the home to let Paris and Prince know that they can visit with or talk to their grandma at any time because we felt that someone was trying to twist the story and make it feel as though we were the problem, denying them access to their grandma," Randy said.
"When we got to the home, we were kind of denied access to our home by security and trench and that never happened. This is all an effort to try to deflect attention away from a letter that was written asking for the resignation of John Branca and John McClain."
This is exhausting. Whatever is going on, I hope the children and Katherine are safe...really safe.
We kind of have a bad feeling about this...don't you?
