Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy Split – And Announce it on Twitter?
Wow. Jenny and Jim. SPLIT.
This is sad, really. Jim and Jenny have been a seemingly solid couple in Hollywood and now it's reported that their 5-year relationship is over. Jim joined forces with Jenny's controversial work with autism advocacy (Jenny's son is autistic).

"The two actors each tweeted Tuesday that they have ended their relationship after five years. Publicists for Carrey and McCarthy confirmed the split.
The 48-year-old Carrey says on the social networking website that he wishes her "the very best!"
The 37-year-old McCarthy tweeted that she "will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart."
Both say they were grateful for the time they spent together."
Well, gee. It's weird everything is announced via Twitter, isn't it?
