Ebony Magazine Celebrates Its 65th Anniversary
Happy 65th, Ebony Magazine!
For some reason, my dad collected Ebony magazines. So did my Aunt Cecelia. There were stacks of them in my dad's house and I only used them to cut out pictures for school projects. Now I wish I had kept some of them, especially the ones with Michael Jackson on the cover.

In their latest issue, Ebony celebrates their 65th birthday by bringing together some of the biggest and brightest black starts today. While Samuel L. Jackson and Usher are on the gatefold cover, they have also released special edition tribute covers featuring Blair Underwood and Mary J. Blige.
I hope I'm this fierce when i'm 65. Happy Birthday Ebony!
