We Need To Talk About Miley Cyrus – What the GOTdamnhell Is She Wearing?

Leather Diapers Are All the Rage
So, that up there? It looks like a leather diaper with a D-ring closure, right? And the "shirt" that almost shows her "ninny"? (That's baby-talk for nipple in this house, FYI.) Let's just say I'm puzzled by this particular look.
Here's my deal, I don't hate Miley's hair at all. In fact, if it weren't so P!nk-ish, I'd actually love this look on her. (I know. I can't believe I just said that either. I think I'm delirious, so let me be the first to announce my condition.)

Miley at this week's VMA red carpet
To prove even further that I've lost my mind (for good), I think Miley looked pretty tremendous last night at the VMAs in her sheer, black Pucci gown and Christian Louboutin $995 Lady Indiana pumps. (First my Team KStew post yesterday, now this? Clearly, it's election season since I've perfected the art of Romney-ing flip-flopping!)
Have you noticed how the yoga classes have helped Miley with her gawd-awful posture? It's Angelina Jolie ram-rod straight now!

Full List Of VMA 2012 Winners and Red Carpet

Huh? Illuminati?
The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards came and went faster than one of Tom Cruise's reject girlfriends. It was bumped up an hour so it wouldn't coincide with President Obama's speech at the DNC, but whether it was only two hours long or four, it still sucked. This was probably the most tame red carpet, but everyone mostly looked good. Mostly.

Taylor Swift showed up Kennedy-less, but looking like a 37-year old divorcee in this white pantsuit

Amber Rose confirmed her pregnancy a` la Beyonce in this lacy dress. Fiance Wiz Khalifa looks so proud. Congrats guys!

Team USA's "Fierce Five" made their VMA red carpet debut. They all looked pretty fierce, don't you agree?

Rita Ora wore this sparkly jumpsuit

Not to be outdone, Nicki Minaj wore this Tron-esque catsuit. She also sported a MTN DEW colored wig.

One of the few performers of the night, Pink worked a high slit.

Alicia Keys went for gold with this grecian gown.

I really liked Kat Graham's wine colored suit and the matching lip color.

Ke$ha cleaned up, but still somehow looked like she just rolled out of bed.

Rihanna has rocked many hairstyles over the past year but I think this is her best. Very Halle Berry.

Her friend Katy Perry went a bit more natural with her look, foregoing the colorful wigs and dye. Her dress was pretty nice too.

RuPaul, being his fabulous self.

Tyga showed up looking like a skinny Kool-Aid Man

I'm still not sold on Miley Cyrus's new hair, but this dress looks gorgeous on her, right?

Janelle Monae Is Also A CoverGirl!

The ALWAYS gorgeous and unique Janelle Monae
Singer Janelle Monae is joining Pink as a new spokeswoman for CoverGirl. The 26-year old songstress tweeted her excitement over her new gig saying, "I'm strong. I'm beautiful. I AM A COVERGIRL!!!!"
Monae might have been meant to be a CoverGirl, telling Vogue that she grew up loving the ads that models like Tyra Banks starred in.

"I'd go buy magazines. I'd see Tyra Banks [in the CoverGirl ads] and I'd think, Wow, she's beautiful. It never looked like she had on too much makeup. There was just something clean and classic about her face." She added, "Becoming a CoverGirl is truly an honor and a gift. It opens up a new platform for me to inspire women to feel stronger, braver and more beautiful inside and out."
I look forward to seeing Janelle and Pink's ads in magazines...wonder if they're going to be adding anyone else to the CG lineup.

Pink is CoverGirl’s Newest Spokeswoman

Tah-DAH!
Singer Pink ecstatically tweeted the news that she was the latest spokeswoman for cosmetic brand CoverGirl, joining Ellen DeGeneres, Queen Latifah and Sofia Vergara. At a press conference in Santa Monica, Pink showed off her colorful new ad.
"Joining a group of women who have always inspired me — to laugh out loud, let my guard down, or play around with my beauty look — is such an honor," the singer said.
Pink With Pat
Pink's look is a bit more edgy than current CoverGirls like Taylor Swift, but I think she's a great addition and can't wait to see more of her ads. It doesn't hurt that makeup genius Pat McGrath will be doing all of the looks. The ads will be released this fall in conjunction with the release of Pink's upcoming album, The Truth About Love.

Pink – ‘Blow Me (One Last Kiss)’ VIDEO!
Awwww...ya gotta love Pink, right? We have her new video right here! Pink tweeted to her Twitter followers her excitement over the new single and video:
via yahoo.com
"I'm feeling warm and fuzzies reading all the feedback on the new video," she wrote to her more than nine million followers. "We worked really hard on it and I'm super duper happy u like;)."
In a video message, Pink talked about her "incredible time" writing it with Greg Kurstin, who has worked with Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears, and Foster the People. As for the rest of The Truth About Love, which comes out September 18, Pink says it was a family affair. "[My 13-month-old daughter] Willow played bells and bass on a couple of other songs," she revealed, "but I think you're really gonna like it 'cause I really like it and I like it enough for all of us."
I can't name one person who doesn't like Pink. Seriously. Who woulda thought she'd still be here after her first single, "There You Go" back in 2000?
Oh, and I still say, "Sometimes it be's like that!" -- piti-ful.
