Nope, the twins look like both of JLo and Marc (poor Emme). And Rocco looks EXACTLY like a cross between Madge and Guy. It’s someone else. She never got the fat, pregnant face. And her belly was barely there.

Hilary – Have you seen FPJ’s and SMG’s kid? She’s about 75% Freddie and 25% Sarah. I don’t think she could possibly look more like her dad.
