When the commercial for this lame chick-flick, Itchy VD Day, as I prefer to call it, comes on the teevee set, I lunge for the remote almost as quickly as when "...in the ahhrrms of an aaangellll" ASPCA ad punches me in the eyes. Almost.
I try to change the channel before I hear Julia Roberts's requisite CACKLE to let all of us idiots know that this movie is a ROMANTIC COMEDY WITH JULIA ROBERTS!!! GotDAMNIT. I can only hope Shirley and Julia bitched loudly again about the (lack of) size of their younger co-stars. I'm talkin' about you Miss Bradley Cooper.
